I had a small fender bender in the front with another van, and nothing happened to the stock intercooler. Same reason I don't have a bullbar.

Whats the prob with a bullbar? Dad actually opted for it cuz it protects the intercooler. I find it just makes the van look better :D

That's just more things to break in a collision, especially that soft one you have. Worse yet when it starts to fade.

I also don't know how that would affect your airbag deployment.

The full chrome one didn't look as good on the van. And well it suppose to help in a collision but hope it never gets tested that way.

I honestly can't remember, tink it was between 4-5K. Want to get one if those mirrors that go on the left fender so you see the entire side of the van. Do you need to drill the body for that?

im sure you have to, even if its a stick on ill still drill it, it would be too easy to pull out or fall off

I'll retry after the holiday. Oh, and yes, ours was bought at DM. The price of the nudge bar DVSTT gave is a good estimate; I want to believe pops paid in the low $4k for ours, but that was a few years ago.
What I want though is something to protect the rear, dunno why, but idiots are always attracted to it  I like the ARB rear bumper replacement, but goddamn is it expensive (last I checked it was over $8k :( )

yeah that one :) I think it looks better on a black truck, plus since I won't be towing anything, I'd remove the tow hitch and go for this look 8-) :

Did you do it yourself or did someone do it for you? If so, can you recommend some places that does this professionally..

I did it myself, using the service manual as a rough guide. Used maf sensor cleaner and Liquimoly diesel intake cleaner.

i need to change my coolant also but the amount of running i doing now, ill leave it for next weekend hopefully eveything would slow down a bit and i wont have to visit more family. Noticed that im starting to hear one of my belts making noise, seems to be power steering belt cause i would get it on start up only when i turned left or right. Thinking I should change all. Anyone knows where I can got all the belts?

Try ROCTT maybe?

Can't you just adjust the tension for now?

Ammmm . . . 3.2L does not have any power-steering belt

Power steering is run off the timing chain

there are only 3 belts in the 3.2L:

2 x Alternator
1 x A/C

AllTrac wrote:Anyone knows where I can got all the belts?

I bought OEM by DM

price wasn't bad. I think I paid like $540 for all three

According to our mechanic, DM was using the wrong coolant and wrong type of oil in the rear diff. I must admit though, after he changed the rear diff oil, the vibration you got when you pulled hard out of a corner and the LSD kicked in stopped completely. Makes me wonder what else DM is doing wrong.
