^^^ manual says GL5 for gearbox and diffs and GL4 for TC

i am using the GL5 severe gear in my diffs and GL4 in my TC, gonna re-use those when I have to change in a few 1000km

found and sorted my electrical issues - no right side park lights and dashboard back lights

blown fuse 7.5A for right side park lights

changed fuse - blow immediately when park lights turned on, which indicated an electrical problem on teh circuit

i removed the load from teh circuit to troubleshoot - teh park light bulbs and discovered teh problem - a bad LED in the front park light

Image

looks like it suffered bad heat damage, which caused it to melt and bubble out some brown-ish gunk material

I know traditionally it is every 50,000km

but referencing the service manual is very confusing, i will scan and upload and you can try to make sense of it yourself.

Anyone ever installed leaf spring plastic spacers to reduce noise?

Also my van is detecting 5 less psi of boost thanit should. Could a hose or sensor be clogged?

Diamond had put kevlon bushings or something to stop the squeaking when we had now gotten the van. Worked well, hardly hear any squeaking now

Getting the clockspring online cheaper than local price.

http://www.mitsubishiparts.com/oe_parts_catalog.html
SPRINGAIR BAG SENSOR
Make: Mitsubishi | New Part#: 8619A018
List Price: $59.98
Your Price: $47.15

With the scooby, I used to buy stuff from subarugenuineparts.com and they were reliable, anyone here ever bought from mitubishiparts.com?
At that price the total landed cost should be about 600TTD

Here have it listed for 45-46USD as well

http://www.mitsubishipartswarehouse.com/
http://www.oemmitsubishiparts.com/

8619A018 is also used by outlander and lancer.

Fork that, I buying it online.
Same thing with the Subaru PS hose. Local price was 1200-1600, I got it for about 400.

Got my hands on the Mitsubishi ASA with data up to 2008. Looking up my own gawwdamn part numbers now.

Did a test with my VIN and everything working copacetic. Fields filled out automagically and everything I need dey!

Some parts may not be available on the USDM sites, but I can at least try to search online now, instead of facing the local buttrape.

Can look up part nums for Lancer, Galant, Outlander, L200, L300, Pajero et al. (115 general export vehicles)
