hearing screachin or sqeekin noise on ford ranger

hererin screachin noise commin from front of engine in d pulley area..i checked belts, change tensioner but not roller,,,and still hearin noise...any reason where it cummin from and y????????? WL engine

maybe there is a injector seal leak, let a mechanic take a look

the injector seal is leakin waiting on d seal..i ordered it.. shud dat help wit d noise...

What about squeaking noise coming from the rear? Underwash with shock and sprayed white lithium grease on lead springs and bushings.
