WTK: What is the diff ratio on the 4x4 Navara?

Postby jus kewl » April 27th, 2018, 4:18 pm

Folks,

I was looking at replacing the complete rear differential and axle-complete due to an issue with the existing one, with a complete setup from "another" that I am getting. The issue is, the guy who has it, doesn't know what model it came from....4x2 auto/manual, 4x4 auto/manual. I also have the option of getting one from Suriname at a low cost.
From what I saw, the diff. ratio of the replacement has to match that of the existing.

Does anyone know what the diff. ratio is for the local 4x4 automatic Navara?
...and is it different for the 4x4 manual transmission model as well?

Thanks in advance.

two things, the manual uses a specific oil and the automatic uses another.
80w90 and some 75w140.
