The install was done before my truck was delivered to me when I bought it, so Neal & Massy will cover it under warranty. As for Kazim, he might organize something with you, like if it chip or crack, he should fix u up man.

I prefer the spray on, so I could keep the factory hooks.

^ those came with the Navara.
i don't really fancy the plastic ones that come with the falcon liner, not as durable as the regular factory ones.

Doesn't your BT-50 come with the side-rails on the tray with the hooks? I know most other vans come with the internal hooks, the BT-50 is the only truck in t'dad that comes stock & fully loaded with the side-hooks/rails.

Well we do have side hooks with rails on the top outside of the tray. These are very strong. However, the stupid little chrome things on the inside are quite fragile, placed to high up and in my opinion and cant withstand any significant weight. You cant secure load that is lower than these hooks - Thats why i was wondering if i can get some more practical hooks installed at a lower level.

These are the points where the bedliner is secured as well (quite stupid) as the picture below shows.

Thats not how the Aeroklas installs on the Hilux tho.. the chrome hooks on the aeroklas for the Hilux is really strong.. bolts to the factory anchor points via a special steel plate.

too bad i didn't see this post before.
In my opinion, you should have gone with a plastic bedliner as opposed to a spray on option.
Especially for the tasks you mentioned, while the spray on liner is a lot better suited for corrosion resistance, it is not nearly as good in preventing dents and ding to your tray. drop a brick on a plastic liner, no issue... on a spray, you'll leave a dent. also, with the corrosion issues, if you remove your bedliner once a year and wash the tray out, you should have no issue. i removed mine after prolly 3 years and just gave it a spray out and there was very minimal rust on a few small spots where there was some wear and a brush or two of redoxide or normal paint would fix you right back up.
removing the bedliner is really easy, just remove the 4 allen screws on the tie downs and slide it right out. takes 3 mins.
anyway, good luck with the spray on. it looks good. let me know if you found and dings or dents after a year or two

Best thing is use gravitex. It's cheap and does the job well.

Usually it's like about a 100$ a bottle and needs a special gun with a compressor for it to be applied. I'm using it in direct sunlight for almost a year and not a chip yet. I did my hood in my car with it.

Roughly 2 bottles would do a van tray. Gun cost 230$.

Where sells the gravitex for $100 a bottle?
