even with the absolute WORST contractors in trinidad they would not be 245 months behind and over 3 BILLION dollars into overuns!

And now they want to spend another 30 billion on two projects.
$ 10 billion on the train and
$ 20 billion on the highway network
and I am sure that both of these will go over budget by at least 25%
so that is $30 billion for the projects and $7.5 billion to line everybody pocket.
