I'm a rider. Been riding almost five years now

Right now I have the 2009 Yamaha Fx SHO.

^1800cc Super charged

a friend bought one last week as well

tried it yesterday for the first time

crazy to hold it down on rough waters, 110km +

........

Nice! Well I'd like to introduce myself... My name is Selwyn Richard Persad.

I am the President of the Trinidad & Tobago Jet Ski Racing Federation. It would be a great pleasure if you came out to race next leg of the Championship! The date would be soon announced.

We also have a fun ride coming up soon! Where we'll be doing a ride from San Fernando Yacht Club to Scotland Bay and back.

We'll be setting the dates soon, so I'll give you more info on it asap if you're interested in going.

I went out today also, ride from San Fernando Yacht Club to Belco platform and back.

Bounce up some 4ft swells up there!!!

couple weeks ago we went out on the north coast
when we reach those swells, something like 10ft + was insaneeee
when yuh inside those swells and yuh look around yuh dunno where you are or where everybody else is

was fun though made some serious jumps on those swells

I'm also a rider with a kawasaki ultra 250x supercharged stage 1 kit. does about 70 mph ,and my beast a, 2009 FZR stock. But don't worry the stage 3 kit is soon to come 4 it and should put it over 80 mph easliy. lol

My new ski is arriving month end. Yamaha FXHO, should be joining you guys on the fun rides soon. Steve 776-8579

I have a 2011 fx cruiser sho.
Lookin to get another ski but torn between the 2012 Kawasaki 300x and the 2012 Yamaha fx cruiser sho.

i owned the ultra 260 and 250s both had issues with the supercharger belt, the 260 ran like a beast

the SHOs worked great while stock, but after some long hrs the supercharger clutch tends to wear and cause some major issues (theres 3 in the garage with the same issue), also temperature sensors tend to go bad often

the kawasaki 300x would be my next buy, seems that kawasaki perfected it this time..
no major issues yet, check youtube for reviews and greenhulk.net
nothing beats the 300x out the hole.... in stock form..

btw.. riding a SHO through rough/choppy waters and a kawasaki is like night and day, kawasaki will cut through rough waters with ease and full boost, while the SHO you'll be holding onto your life and letting go of the throttle..

the SHO is definitely a more comfortable ride for slow speeds and crusing

seeing that you have a SHO cruiser already then the 300X is definitely for you..
