Sportage w/SR20 conversion.

Goodnight tuners,
Did my search and didn't find much information, so I'm seeking knowledge here. I'm interested in purchasing a 2006 Sportage with an SR20 conversion. I'm looking to expand from an AD Wagon (more room for when my family grows) but I'll be sorting out house and land in a while so a new vehicle may not be on the cards right now. Didn't view it yet, but it's priced alright and I spoke to the owner who says the only issue is the fact that the speedometer isn't working. Is there anything else I should look out for? I know the SR is a reliable engine but how reliable are the conversions? And with respect to other mechanical aspects of the vehicle, how durable are they?? I appreciate any information received.
