What problems do you face with a matrix?

Is there any good thing about it in comparison to other vehicles??

Pininfarina did the design of the body of the Matrix. Pininfarina also does designs for Ferrari. That's about it.

People complain about the transmission with the Matrix. However, I am not sure if these same people actually carry out the scheduled maintenance on the transmission as recommended by the manufacturer and not what the "mango tree" mechanic recommends. So you may want to look into that.

I had a Hyundai Accent for 10 years (343,000km) and had no complaints. I also have a Hyundai Coupe for the past 4-1/2 years also with no complaints. Both cars were bought new from the local dealer, but were equipped with manual transmissions. I would not hesitate to buy a Hyundai again.
