speedfreak44, are u aware that training for that long would actually do the opposite of buliding muscle and break down your muscles? oh well, i guess u know what ur doing, u probably a real beast

i usually train for no more than an hr,hr and a half in rare instances

my experience with supplements:

muscle juice - best overall in its class. taste gets "boring" after a while though
prolabs nlarge 2 - best 'starter' protein..really good stuff
Weider Gain Fast - average in terms of supplement content unless mixed with milk etc. seems to increase appetite; good for hard-gainers

30 mins cardio 45 min to 1hr concentrated muscle circuit workout

Supplement:- Dymatize Elite 12hr protein. This stuff is baller. been getting results with it and I'll continue to use it. The Taste of the French Vanilla is nice.

I don't use Supplements for building mass but I've seen people rate up Serious Mass and the Lean Body products.

or look out for the H100 that sells the supplies to the trainers wholesale at various gyms. They usually pass though by Bio Fitness at the end of the month.

I've tried Universal Nutrition Powder with quite good results. But how does it compare to Casilan 90?

the dymatize elite 12 hour really is good stuff ... casilan 90 is just casein ( a slow digesting protein) the dymatize has whey isolates , concentrates , casein , egg protein and added BCAA`S and glutamine as well as an enzyme matrix to help u digest it

but another question has anyone here personally used nitric oxide supplements and if so would you recommend it ?

i saw nitrix selling somewhere but i cant remember the cost for the bottle might try that sometime tho

i just use universal creatine and 1900 amino acids and a weider whey protein
i was 137 when i started, now im about 160 ( not all muscle however, im lazy with doing core workouts and bad eating habits)

gonna join a gym sometime in march and maybe try the nitrix then

how much u all lift btw? (no machines)

ok....let me begin with the most popular

Nitric Oxide
Animal Pump - Good stuff, price lower than the rest just don't smoke after. U will get heart palpitations.
Nitrix - A waste of time and way way too expensive. Mediocre pumps and u will feel a crash after
NaNOx9 - Expensive, works excellent. However alot of negative side effects. Lightheadedness, nausea and trust me, u will never i repeat never be able to sleep while taking this. It will stay in your system long after u stop taking it. Always wait at least 24 hrs before drinking or u will pass out due to low blood pressure.
