What kind of Engine does my VTI Ferio Civic have?

Fellow Honda tuners I have been wondering about this Engine.

The car is a Civic Vti Ferio and on the Engine it says HONDA Vtec

I assume its a D15B?

I read that this has SOHC well thats what I read online so I don't know.

When I flaw the X I can get the Car to drag its tiers even when the Transmission changes to Second Gear.

Someone told me if a automatic can still drag when it changes to second gear then that means its a good Engine. At 3rd Gear the speed gets extremely frightening so I have to release and end it there. There is an Extremely Loud Sound when you flaw it. I do not get this extra loud Engine rev from my Non-Vtec EK3 EXI its a lot quieter. Someone told me its the Vtec sound I am hearing in my EG8

Forgive me as I know nothing. lol

After having a taste of this I think I want to make my EG look more vicious. And scrap all plans of flarekit and the rice stuff I had in mind.

BTW anyone know the difference between the MX and Vti Ferio?

ummm yunno it dont mean the car is responsive when the car scrub tires as u say... the car is loosing traction and you may find it assuming but its not. cause for a vti sohc to giving you that especial with a tranny... car i breaking traction easily

i can vouch for a b16 with tranny giving tires on first and second gear changes

lol yeah I get it its a D15b it says

I only noticed this when I fixed the oil leak coming from the distributor and then engine washed it.

The oil and stuff was covering everything which is why I didn't see it.
