check edinburg auto supplies .....671 6576...

got some mintex for my liana sport and they replace it for $29 ...took about 10 mins max....

the mintex cost me $345 whereas lifestyle had the original set for $700....

I appreciated saving a couple bucks...

Hey man. Changed mine today. The HC35 laurel carries the same front pads. I bought a set of Wagner Quick Stop (Wagner ZD430WAG). Working well!!

My rotors are a little damaged, from the previous owner not changing pads on time. Any idea if the US version SX4 has the same size front rotors? Thinking about buying some power slot or RRM rotors (http://roadracemotorsports.com/store/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=31_48_101)

Aidan,

I came across these on amazon for less than 200 TT. It says it will fit. Its a different part no. though. Check out this link -

http://www.amazon.com/Wagner-ZD815A-QuickStop-Disc-Brake/dp/B001O0ZFCI/ref=au_pf_pfg_s?ie=UTF8&Make=Suzuki|1&Model=SX4|5848&Year=2008|2008&carId=001&n=15684181&newCar=1&s=automotive&vehicleType=automotive

How much your set cost and where you got them? When I called LSM two days ago they told me font disc pad set - $1100. So looking for cheaper alternative.

^^I think those may be a different model since the box I bought mines in wasn't like that. I got mine in a auto parts place in grande. It should be easy to find. Just carry one of yours and the part number [Wagner Quick Stop (Wagner ZD430WAG)] They working reall good, and very little dust. Also very easy to change. They were under $300 i believe.
I still trying to confirm if the RRM rotors will work on our car, if so I'm going to buy a front pair.

thats an excellent deal...

I bought mitex for 345 but the left side screeches while the car is in motion and when i mash the brakes to stop I hear another irritating squeak...

should have gone with the original......

Mintex makes OEM-equivalent quality pads. I use them on many customer cars and they work just as well as the OEM at a fraction of the cost.

*$kїđž!™, same here wrt mintex. However on the 111 corolla they work great.
The Intima works good, have those on my pop's vitara, only thing I find, is that they are more noisy than the wagners they replaced.

I recently installed intima on a nissan and it is really quiet....no noises so thats a good thing for me.....

the mintex on my suzuki however......the left side......I sometimes hear a squeaky sound while the wheel is in motion......went back to the mech and they rechecked everything....noise still persist.....

conclusion...pads seem to be the culprit.....
