Traffic on southbound @ Freeport

They're resurfacing the highway just over the Freeport exit.
Traffic is being redirected through the exit and back unto the highway.
There's some back up just until the Edinburgh flyover.

Main road is clear.

Like this week ,around mid center mall I'm heading south traffic for so ,cause police make a bottle neck cepep planting flowers along the medium realy flowers , dry season who wetting them same flowers everyday.

According to waze, traffic is still rel bad. Anyone can confirm if around chase village flyover is still heavy traffic?

passed there on the northbound at 8.45pm....still bad.

backed up from freeport flyover to just after chaguanas flyover I think.

main road from chaguanas to chase village kinda bad as well.....backed up from after Fens (chaguanas) to chase village.

what d hell all dese cars doing on d road

best route at this time is through the back road by chaguanas police station (Joyce road)...come out orange field...den head to freeport flyover if u going south....smoothe drive.

The resurfacing works seem to be finished. I saw cars passing there like normal this morning.

might be unrelated but seeing some roadworks on the eastbound just after the lighthouse ....if wasa doesn't complete in time....may be epic traffic heading out of town using that route...
