Dropping an ES5 Civic

Postby diamondtip01 » July 21st, 2014, 1:57 pm

I want to drop my ES5, i had coilovers on my EK3 before and in the back I used to feel everything on the road. I was wondering about using Eibach Pro Kit lowering springs. I have on 18" rims. Is that brand good or better than Tien Green series lowering spring, and if I use the Eibach how would the ride be. Its everyday ride.

Depends on what you doing it for OP, is it looks or performance, i'm thinking its just looks,
if thats the case go tein. Now should you use stock shocks? You can but you run the risk of bottoming out and hiting the body of the car, I did this for around 3 yrs, go used to it without having to change shocks, of course i never carried more than one person in my car.
