It's a statue, the top half is broken. I hiked up the hill and saw it. Pissed on a teak tree on the way down. Pee was a really yellow but I blame that on the mega men supplement. Tree was about 25ft tall, not very thick though, was an ant's nest just to the left.
A few years ago I was passing there about 2 a.m. when the ghost ran across the road. I kept my foot on the accelerator and did not swerve away. While the car was passing through her apparition, I got to scope her out.

the funny thing, when you drive past her and you look back, in your rear view, shes sitting on your back seat looking at you, , best to turn around and keep driving, she only stays in the car for about 5 seconds and then vaporizes!
