Old or New down town is always flood. What difference does it make?

It used to be worst a few years ago.

What else to expect on a third world island that only know about box drains and not storm water drains as in Tokyo Japan a city of 30 million people.
When will we see the need for retention ponds since being an island run off is dependent on tide conditions.
Oh well at least we have white oak and cheap smuggled Revel and TrinBlenz cigarettes to build a post with.

d first 2 is Henry St.? I know d vendors there does throw all dey garbage in d drain and clog it up- that drain does be clog up for days after rain fall

Garbage is one of the reasons . It is a popular excuse.

But ALL Gov't administrations not fixing the problem.

Mayor after Mayor making excuses - year after year.

San Fernando seems to be solving some city problems but not POS.

water from woodbroke is drained from the river west of MT i think ... dont think MT has anything to do with flooding POS thats an entire different water course

Those pics are from yesterday. I was there. It was really bad. The spots that flood are naturally bowl shaped which is why the problem cannot be easily fixed.

My car get flood out yesterday. And guess what, I was parked on TOP a sidewalk. It had men park inde road. I hope they ok yes. It sad.
