Non toxic varnish and sealer

Hey folks,
Have a crib to restore, was hoping to find non toxic varnish and sealer. Went to Sherwin Williams but they didn't have anything.
Any ideas where I might get such or alternatives?

Chinese Lacquer. Or a water based finish (can get in allied).

Sherwin Williams has water based finishes. No smell and dries in 2 hours. Least toxic you going to find locally.

Not specifically non toxic as if you drink it, pretty sure you going to dead.
