Is online banking down? Been getting an error since Wednesday.

Gotta be careful dis rounds......everyday is reports of suspicious transactions so online monitoring is paramount

Not sure how I managed to put in the password wrong 3 times but now I am locked out of republic online banking.

says to contact bank administrator but got fedup wasting money on my phone waiting forever for an operate that does not answer.

Normally in the past they would just send me a text on my phone and I would confirm it and just reset the password or something but no more of that, they made it 1000 times more inconvenient now.

Go Monday to your home branch and reset things manually, carry your IDs.

call the Card Centre..the guys will unlock same time for you once you verify your id.

ok yes I called 3 Am this morning but they claimed the system was down, but they said to call back and once its working they will unlock the account for me. I does have to wake up 3AM or 2AM to make this call because you will have to spend like $50 in phone card during regular hours, that card center call service is pure garbage for a company that boasts making billions in profit every year.

Anyone still getting problems with the mobile app? I changed my MPIN and tried logging in but still getting error msg 'You cannot login at this time. Please contact the bank for further information '

The mobile app is iffy.. try to login a few times.. if u not getting tru try a next WiFi network or data

The app needs updating on your phone. Delete it and reinstall. It should work after that.

Anybody getting problems with their online banking recently? Have some credit card transactions from since saturday that still 'pending' and not allowing me to pay them off.

Also my VTM balance showing up as - when it has money loaded into it.

Is it local transactions? The oldest pending I have is for bmobile from the 16th, other than that is Amazon from the 17th. My transactions from the 15th already current, local and foreign

Used the online banking to pay off my CC yesterday with no problems. But if you mean actually using the card at point of sale, yes, cause i used it this afternoon with no problem.

Not point of sale transactions. Oddly enough, I just tried the mobile app and it's working fine. I was using the desktop before and all I was seeing were dashes (-) for cc. No utility bill transactions were going through either. Savings was ok. Thanks though fellas.

Anyone getting issues logging onto their mobile app, getting issues since yesterday keep saying "sorry for the inconvenience try logging again" was working fine before. Device I am using is OnePlus 5
