since the announcement that T vehicles under 3200kg can do inspection at regular inspection centers- have anyone been able to have their vehicle (eg. hilux, navara etc) inspected ??

i went to a inspection station in Munroe road today and they told me that they have not been given approval to inspect T vehicles as yet.

Bro that has to be made law and has to pass throught parliment first so expect a lil wait

Yeah they said it will take about a month. What is amazing is that the inspection stations that had vehicles lined up from 3am last week have gone back to being empty

i only know if i have a non working brake light if a friend, co worker, family member happens to notice and inform me its not like you're behind the car when mashing brakes

Anyone knows the Testing stations that were recently declared as authorized to Inspect Light "T" vehicles?

its literally the only way to get it done..

Wrightson road is not inspecting,
Heard Caroni is not inspecting Light T
Only Vemcott and even them I heard giving problems to inspect light T

No problems at vmcott. Got inspected there last week. Was quick and more effective than lo.

I would like to know as well........ at least once a week I call a few places on the listing on the MOWT website and every week is the same story....they are waiting on approval call back next week. I heard they made an announcement on the news sometime this week about 15 stations being granted approval to start testing, but i haven't seen and offical listing published.

( visual inspection) brake check....and thats it.

took all of 15 mins. got stickered one time.

Went vmcott sando today. Was in and out in abt 25mins.

Took my pick up to valley auto, it was perfect. They were polite, very professional, clean surroundings and was in and out of there in less than 30 mins. I definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a spot in the West.
