They said on FB that they are fixing the issue so it's just a waiting game now.

• This is resulting in significant saturation for multiple customers.
• Teams have been dispatched to investigate and repair the terrestrial fiber break in Miami.
CURRENT UPDATE:
• Fiber teams are still on route for the fiber cut in Miami.
• With regards to the subsea fiber beak, it has been identified at approximately 25 kms from Punto Fijo. Local teams are currently conducting OTDR traces to narrow the damage.
NEXT STEP:
• Teams are currently still on the bridge working to resolve issue.
• Further updates to be provided.

We have Digicel internet in work and it was working perfect minus the 75ms ping to miami

Yeah, right now I using Digicel LTE to stream. Like Bmobile internet affected as well

Oh chit I thought it was me alone or I was getting throttled. Good thing I come on tuner. Speed tests reading normal but been trying to download a 800MB file since around 8am... Currently approaching 60%

Agreed, YouTube iffy with the quality fluctuating between 240p and 480p but it's reliable enough.

Getting 720 normal,1080 buffers.Been watching vids all day since nothing else works well.
