Yes it does. If you look at the video higher up you can see how the steel is fed into the machinery as it casts the cement

GEO investments also does continuous slipper drains, they have a similar machine for doing it. All those nice slipper drains by Debe interchange are their handiwork. They also manufacture the razor spikes for walls.
