I not understanding the logic behind this section. The law is directly saying that you cannot use a sun screen device while parked to protect the vehicle's interior, or any sun protection devices while passengers are in the car? And they're already limiting the types of tint one can use? Reflective metallic IR tints are mostly definitely not allowed.
What was wrong with having sun screen protectors on the side windows?
