These kinda of thing does build to lock so they done really move but the Velcro is just safety

Although it seems to fit snug and lock, in the event of an accident it easily goes flying. Get at least one fastener through it or fab some type of bracket.

Actually this 1 don’t need anything because the the top is narrow between the seat and the tailgate so it cannot pass.
But I know what your sayings and I does normally strap them down but no need for this 1
