Any one notice the last slide where he showed the debt at 18%, but also anyone noticed how large the the wages and salaries section was at 50%?

That being said I wonder if he is making the case for public service cuts?

I predicted all of this when PNM stole the last election and told you so.

They created a false recession and the county have no money,

They spent nothing, built nothing achieved nothing.

But Crime up , taxes up and fines up

Meanwhile Jobs losses and wages down.

In the end PNM just won 2020 elections . PNM ramgoat posse all out in forces now.

sad story to say we need sandals.
sandals could come, but not accordign to how their deal. let sandals move like any other foreign business; lease the land, build the complex, pay taxes. but, no destruction of mangrove, and no privatixing the bucco beach. if u destry the mangrove, u will kill the reef

That so called address was a disaster and an embarrassment to our country. The man still blaming the last government after all this time. Up to now he hasn’t taken responsibility for anything. Even going so far to rough up and shout at the people just to make his point.

Can anyone explain what having three days of money to run the country means. PNM supporters believe that there was actually three days of physical money left.

Rowley should really focus on the plans for the future since the population voted the out PP government in 2015 for all the reasons he is saying. It doesn't make sense wasting time with reminding the population of the mess they left the country in since as long as Kamla is opposition leader it is highly unlikely the UNC will get back in power.

Cambridge Analytica's History of Dubious Election Tricks

By capturing the former head of Cambridge Analytica bragging about offering bribes in elections, the U.K.’s Channel 4 highlighted an underappreciated aspect of the company that is facing scrutiny over its manipulation of Facebook: a history of questionable campaign tactics.

Alexander Nix, who was suspended as chief executive officer on Tuesday, was secretly recorded by Channel 4, which showed the video this week. Last year he told Bloomberg News that his company was involved in up to 10 campaigns for prime minister and president every year. “Right now we’re active in national campaigns in Asia, Africa and Europe and South America," he said.

The company -- SCL Group, the British affiliate of Cambridge Analytica, which worked for the Trump campaign -- has often felt no need to hide some of its tactics, although Nix, in response to Channel 4, denied ever engaging in entrapment or bribery.

In sales documents given to prospective clients, SCL said it helped a candidate in Trinidad by emblazoning graffiti slogans around the island that ostensibly was posted by young Trinidadians. “The client was then able to ’adopt’ related policies and claim credit for listening to a ‘united youth,’” the SCL document said.

Nix acknowledged advocating the use of “street media” such as graffiti and fly posters and says it’s “normal election practice in many of the Caribbean islands.” The work was for the United National Congress, which didn’t respond to requests for comment.

Read that a few months back. Surprised there's little talk about it? Or maybe not.

PM spent real time on a graph showing how energy revenue fell from 17bn in 2014 to 1bn in 2016

In addition to "unc squandering and giving tax exemptions", this was largely based on oil price falling to $28. Oil did not stay at $28 for long and rose to above the $40 price, on which successive budgets were based

But we have not been told what the revenue for 2017 and 2018 was

Additionally, petrotrin has now been dismantled and we are now importing products that we previously manufactured and exported

When 2020 reach Kamla won't seem so bad anymore. Just like how PNM didn't seem so bad in 2015. And how UNC didn't look so bad in 2010. Eternal lulz for the taxpayers huh.
