Where would you say is the safest NON political area of Trinidad to live in?
That doesn't have Scum, doesn't have crime, doesn't have any 1percenters, and is not deemed as being aligned to a particular political party????

Does such an area in Trinidad exist?

If is Happy Hill in Vistabella you talking about, they have some of, if not the best views in San Fernando

Gran Couva/Tortuga is very secluded. Pipe borne water is a major problem there and the access roads are awful. So far no squatters. A quiet village on the outskirts. And the soil there is rich. You could stick a broom stick in the ground and it will grow.

I seeing 1m/acre from Terra Caribbean in a gated area, that dont sound too bad for freehold estate land. And it would be cheaper than that in reality since Terra is bussthroat realtors.

i reach in a house somewhere in sando behind the yacht club, wow the energy of that house. House totally being overhauled but the styling, if those walls could talk. i passed thru and spent about 10mins or so, place had workers and hazards galore.

i would like to live there.

It nice to see but not to deal with. If you ever get a look at the old house next to the castle under construction before the yacht club, everything is rusted to hell, and the back porch separate from the rest of the house by at least 8 inches to a foot.

The land running away from under them. I fraid to watch what kind of retaining wall that would need to stop it.

The best place to live is to be around the shot callers aka puppet masters. Higher probability of them living in the following neighborhoods:
Columbus circle, Bayshore, shorelands, goodwood park (general west moorings and glencoe), goodwood gardens, Victoria gardens, blue range, alyce glen, pinewood gardens, ellerslie park, Haleland park (general Moka), fairways, millennium, Lange park, central park, bel air/gulf view, and certain parts of valsayn, petit valley, cascade and st clair etc

But it’s not all that bad because those who work for the masters do manage to scrape mortgages and live a life of descent middle class slavery, such folks live in places like diamond vale, crossings, Santa Rosa, homeland gardens and roystonia etc.
