Unless net do some capital investment into more weather sensors placed around Trinidad, they'll get it wrong plenty times. Further, they should have access to many weather satellites so I not sure why they wrong so many times.

Seems de ja vu ish...last year seigonne jump out she self with whatsapp broadcast etc...hot sun the next day...after 2 weeks later Trinidad drown after a 2 days of rain

heard they put in water level sensors at various points in the caroni river which transmit the water levels continuously
so they can gauge how it looking

i find d ian feller on TTT news gives a good prediction though

i saw today on fb a few hrs ago maracas beach under some water yet here in chaguanas this morning was blazing sun but mid afternoon it became cloudy\overcast , not a drop of rain fall here so far though ....

best they just abandon that piece of POS and say is Global Warming and rising sea levels that cause it. Because that is exactly what will happen by the year 2100 and TT Government will still cannot maintain anything.
