yeah we only have one burn unit in Point if I'm not mistaken the other and main one would have been the Children's hospital.

So a man that try to kill himself would probable take up a scarce ICU bed (the man who blew away his face also did). I know the Hippocratic oath is to save all life however from a scarcity perspective it is kind of an irritant knowing these people getting or would get high end medical care in an already burdened system.

unfortunately bro we don't know the circumstances mental illness is real severe depression is unfathomable to people like you and me who would otherwise let things slide. It takes a diffrent kind of mentality to light yourself afire as opposed to just taking a bottle of pills and dieing in your sleep. I watched the video and saddess man wasn't even screaming as opposed to me groaning in pain from getting a minor burn in the kitchen

What about the 100s of gunshot wounds them pests going in for. I know one of the few neurosurgeons in Trinidad and he say that he cant even get a day off and is mostly criminals he have to repair.
