SeaBoard Marine Caribbean Motor Racing Championship

 

The Caribbean Motor Racing Championship has been around for years, consisting of competitors from all the way down in Guyana to all the way up to Jamaica. There are four carded rounds per year and each round is hosted in one of the following countries; Barbados, Guyana, Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago


Dates/Locations for Seaboard Marine Caribbean Motor Racing Championship 2016:

May 20th:  round 1, Jamwest, Jamaica
July 30th: round 2, Wallerfield, Trinidad & Tobago
September 2nd: round 3, Bushy Park Barbados
November 11th: round 4, South Dakota, Guyana

Itinerary

Friday 28th:
• Installation of on-track sponsor branding
• Scrutineering of Time Attack & Gp 1 cars 4-6pm
• On-Track Media Orientation 5pm

Saturday 29th:
• Scrutineering All Cars & Bikes 8-10am
• Driver’s Briefing (SHOT) 10-10:30am
• Practice All Groups & Bikes 11am-1:15pm
• Qualifying All Groups & Bikes 1:20pm-4:50pm
• CMRC Round 1 J’ca Prizegiving (SHOT) 5pm @ Pit Admin Tent

Sunday 30th:
• Driver’s Briefing 9-9:30am
• Formalities – Officials’ remarks, Anthems, Lap of Honour (2) 9:35-11:15am
• Racing 11:25am-6pm (no official lunch break) Races #1 to #20
• 15-minute Drifting Display 6:05pm-6:20pm
• CMRC Round 2 Prizegiving T&T 7pm @ VIP Deck

From both North/South:
1. Head east on the Churchill Roosevelt Highway
2. Turn right at the Cumuto/Wallerfield traffic lights, onto Cumuto Road.
4. Follow the road around long left bend, looking for sign boards for entrances on the left hand side.
