The TMD team has been in communication with the T&T met office. The latest update this morning indicates that the weather system slowed overnight and as such the progress of it moving away overnight has not materialized.

Therefore to ensure safety of all involved we have made the decision to postpone this event. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused but based on the updates from met office this decision has become necessary.

Rest assured we will ensure timely commmunication of the rescheduling plans.
