RE: Cancellation of Race of Champions Round 1 due to COVID-19
The Trinidad and Tobago Automobile Sport Association (TTASA) wishes to advise you that the first round of the 2020 Race of Champions carded for Sunday 22nd March, 2020 has been cancelled due to COVID-19.
As you are aware the Ministry of Health has recently confirmed a case of COVID-19 locally. In order to prioritize the health and safety of our members, competitors and spectators, the Management Committee has decided to take this precautionary measure.
The Management Committee has been in contact with the Ministry and acknowledges all advisories made, and will advise you on any changes to this situation. Any changes or cancellations to further upcoming events would be sent out via a subsequent media release.
Please be advised that the Frankie Boodram Wallerfield International Raceway remains available to financial members for practice, those interested are asked to contact the Honorary Secretary via secretary@ttasa.club or any Management member.
