Re: Licensing stations stricter with inspection

I did mine 2 weeks before the inspection date was up according to the certificate. The lady forward dated it to 1 day after the inspection would have expired so I didnt lose out on any time.

This was in the end of 2022 in San Fernando

Re: Local Skin Lightening for Men

So fellas, I appreciate all of the feedback, but please don't get the wrong impression of my inquiry. I am in no way insecure. It's not about vanity but solely to get back to my previous complexion or at least close to, as the police who stopped me, looked at my DP and stated that it looks like a c...

Alyuh go ahead and spend 2-3k+ on an independent valuation, and end up higher than the government rental valuation.

And on top of that the government not going to care or use it. They just going to scan the documents and leave it there on file like if it was a wasa bill.

Re: Property Tax in Trinidad & Tobago

Something to understand is that nothing in valuation division changed. Nothing about the Property Tax act has anything to do with them. The tax amount and the payment details have changed, but not the valuations.

If the neighbour is being honest, that they went to the police 8 times to try to get somebody to do something, that person attempted to do more than the majority of other people would have done. Especially those who always vex at the neighbours, they themselves are usually the laziest and worst of t...

Bluefete isn't wrong. The reason for that is that the areas are far too hot to send a bunch of 20 something year old public servants without security in the field. Only a very few houses in some hot areas of Diego, East PoS and the other hotspots as we know them were done. My proof? I cant show it, ...

Re: Property Tax in Trinidad & Tobago

18k ARV=486 tax/year already discounts the 10% for voids, no need to do it twice.

The gov rushed the first batch of notices because the managers didnt know their asses from their elbows and sent out notices below 18k when they should have said 18k by default.

I use redline a little bit before my oil changes. Just follow the instructions and add it to a near empty tank then full up the tank afterwards.

Depending on where you go, you could get it for 80-100$

Tell them the minimum ARV is 18k which is 486/year in tax. The notice that probably said 12k ARV was wrong and has to be redone at a Valuation office

I think to level the playing field in the name of equity, the Ministry of Youth Development and National Service, in conjunction with the Ministry of National Security should implement the GRIM initiative (Gangs Recruiting Indo-Males).

Plenty people have it in them to live long despite what they do to their bodies, not because of it. Many centenarians will attribute their long lives to god, wine, chocolate, cigarettes etc. Those people just built better thanks to the genetic lottery. They are statistical noise. Alcohol is a poison...

Kamla really should have repealed it when she had the chance.

This is the VAT beatup all over again though. Let one party take the licks for introducing it, then when another wins is not about abolishing the tax, but playing around with how high or low it is.
