I recently did a rental there and in the agreement it said that any tickets will be charged to my card and there is also an administrative fee as well. That was with ACE car rental in FLL.

^^ Yup, Graco Classic connect!... I snap on the car seat to the stoller and base easily, no need to buckle and unbuckle from the car!

Britax should be a good brand too though.

Massy CAT still exist. If you look at the flyer, there is a separation between the CAT & Non CAT lines of the business now.
