When you do the upholstery for the headliner, make sure to have them use the the glue that works well in the tropical climate (high temperature adhesive). They glue that manufacturers use were for north American and Auropean climates. If you are replacing the headlining, you can check out a company ...

There is some history behind me doing this, when we initially did the engine and transmission swap we hadn't planned for it at that time, but had to because the automatic transmission went. This being a daily driver, we opt to just go ahead and do it. We had the requested that the dealer recode the ...

Gone for a couple of days a look how much I missed, well the plan is to get the GT28RS BT upgrade but right now I really need to work on my exhaust system so I'm looking at a 3" DP and 2.5 catback. I have heard mixed reviews with the N75J but I think I'm still going to give it a go. Regarding my chi...

I agree, I'm shopping around for the Garrett GT28RS for next year. Because that's another BIG upgrade, and I still have a few other items to upgrade along with my BT setup that can wait for now.

Garrett GT28RS
APR Stage 3 upgrade
Front Mount Intercooler w/ piping
Silicone Hoses (TIP and Coolant)

We sent our ECU off to APR, LLC this week for 91 Octane chipping. This chipping promises 209hp/242lb-ft on my 06A906032DL ECU. So by Monday I should have my ECU installed and ready to run. A previous mod was also the Spec stage 1 with Eurospec G60 lightened flywheel.

I initially bought my car with a 1.6L and later did an engine swap to a 1.8T as it was said before it makes no sense trying to mod the 1.6 it's a waste of time and only European market knows the 1.6. The 1.8T in any market is the engine of choice. This is my baby, she is down now for a clutch up gra...

VWs don't perform that well with boost controllers and BOV. Better to have the ECU remapped.

Or a 1.8T, I had a 1.6L engine in my 02 VW Bora, did an engine swap earlier this year to a 1.8T and changed the transmission to a 5-speed manual. Later I'm planning on remapping the ECU with GIAC for 93 Octane. Flashing the 1.6 engine is a waste of money, and I'm also guessing it's a automatic trans...
