*sigh*... the company's lawyers take care of the paperwork you need to carry for the interviews and brief you on the interviews. It's different for each job, person, embassy and interviewer. If your new job (or their lawyers) did not already tell you this, then it doesn't look like you're getting it...

See above. Your job has to apply for it - not you. Their lawyers will take care of the application.

If you really have done extensive research, then you'd know that you have to find a job willing to sponsor you for an H1B in the US first.
