Re: Change of body

I don't know anyone that did this officially through the licensing authority... I myself am interested in transplanting a foreign-used Y60 Patrol onto a local 160 chasis (SWB), so if anyone has details on how to go about doing this legally, it would be greatly appreciated...

Re: Change of body

Think it's only legal- or at least harder to detect- if the transplant body is the same model as the one you're replacing... I know that's what a lot of the Crown men get in trouble for, so no Royal Saloon MS137 body on an old Deluxe "PX" MS85 chasis for example...

Re: *HOW TO RESIZE YOUR IMAGES USING PAINT*

This one is for my fellow Linux brethren (though if you're an avid Linux user, chances are you won't need this tutorial, but what the heck...) Oh, & I'm assuming that you already have the larger-than-desired pic stored on your PC for this... STEP: 1. Right click on the desired picture & high...

Re: ford ranger white smoke

You're on the right track- white smoke usually suggests that water is getting into the combustion chamber somehow. The two most likely causes are faulty fuel (which usually requires draining & sometimes servicing the fuel tank) or the ever dreaded blown cylinder head gasket (meaning that at some...

Ryan aka "Gouti" from Grande- you can't miss him, he's a mini man with a MASSIVE ras! Gouti was under the same impression initially concerning the universal units, but after much twiddling & tweaking, he found a way to get it to work... The funny thing is, he replaced a five pin relay ...

Re: Hazard and Indicator Light

I went through a similar issue with my B2500 recently. My flasher control unit, though quite big is NOTHING compared to that motherboard of yours! Like you, I was unable to source an OEM replacement. I tried a host of foreign used Mazda substitutes with no luck & ended up spending an absurd amou...

Re: your best source for diesel parts

I did check it out for the American Ranger, but it looks a bit different- black, smaller & retractable... They were also ridiculously cheap- like $80.00US a pair... I wonder in anyone ever ordered a pair to confirm that they'll fit?

My uncle just parked the car on the road, in broad daylight and went into a store. He stayed less than 15 minutes... when he returned, the car was gone. He questioned the surrounding roadside merchants, but no-one seemed to notice anything unusual. Guess these guys really know what they're doing...

Take their two legs so that they can't drive, and just to be sure (and if they're male), take their private-parts too, so that they can't be using our vehicles to get any bootay! Damn Mo-fo's!
