As the topic says I have a 2005 VTI-s civic. I recently put some 18 inch alloy rims on it and I want to lower it by 1.5 to 2 inches max.

What is the best way to go about doing this?

I am getting a honda civic hybrid to buy. Its the late 2005 model. It comes with a 1.3L engine and a electric motor.

Does anyone know about specs and if parts are available for this car before i buy it? Also who may be able to fix it if it requires repairs?

Anyone get charged for tint yet? I know alot of people got thier tint removed in road blocks, but I'm hearing a roumor that they're(poilce) fining drivers $1000 up. Is this true?
