head gasket have a slight leak

check your o2 sensor this can cause hesitation or surging...do a research on it first.

99/00 EK3 with b18c automatic ...engine loosing power while driving high or low speed but does not cut off. Problem happens for seconds and gets back normal but problem keeps coming back.First thing that was checked is the coil it was leaking...changed to MSD coil & MSD distributor cap problem s...

took my thermostat out my b18c engine for temperature problem which was not....is it important to put it back.
