Digicel 3g service (or lack thereof), got a lot worse in the last few months. Noticed there doesn't seem to be any driving southbound from the interchange to probably around Chaguanas. Sadly, this accident was waiting to happen. Drivers don't open the zebra crossing rules anymore. Traffic management has to do an educational series about the importance of stopping for pedestrians on or waiting by a zebra crossing.
