Every night I snapshotted a pic and posted it on flow fb page till they started calling me every night trying to rectify my problem only for them to notice my modem needing updating.... Sometime late last week they called to schedule a appointment to have a technician come by yesterday only for him ...

Flow really on sheit now oui and everything you call them its either "reset the box" or "they see nothing wrong on their end"... My net speed right now is 0.79mb

I have a 15mb plan but as of lately around 7ish I tend to get some crappy ass speeds and all these ppl telling me to do is call customer service just for them to tell the the same bs all the time Look how you complaining about nothing hoss. You should be on your bending knees thanking the good lord...
