The info I got is that fraud squad doesn’t get your money back, they only handle the criminal investigation part and charging of the persons who committed the fraud. The lawyer and court system is the channel to be used to get the money back.

sounds like something with the unswitched circuit, this would supply the memory wire in the deck, the clock, the ceiling lamp..everything that used power when the car is not switched on. check one of the fuses for these
a bigger pulley would mean the force required to turn the ac unit would be less, although the compressor would spin slower than before at the same rpm, the power it takes away from the engine would be a little less...if its is anything u should get a little more power to the wheels, but ur ac might ...
