It would run mostly over state lands and alongside the CRH on an elevated track. Most of the residential land acquisitions would be in Chaguanas and Central. At the end of the day the country is not oil rich any more and the loss of revenue from that has to be recovered from somewhere to keep the country afloat.Gas prices could not always be subsidized, all good things must come to an end

Well if that is the case this is my situation my court date is on Friday, however I'm leaving the country tomorrow at 5AM, I just remembered this thing when I was packing over the weekend, it wasn't a pressing matter to me until I saw the date as 2nd Oct,2015.
