do what i did... take out yuh engine from in th car and take off all th "good" parts... douse the engine in gasoline... strike a match and let burn... repeat as necessary. dah 4g13 is th most dead engine on th planet...

hos th 4G15 reigns supreme over the GA15 (B14 engine) mine being completely stock as opposed to th GA15 with extractors and upgraded piping and a cold air intake. both manual in best of 3 races, th 4G15 conquered.

srnoth , where u drive a 4g18 carb? dem ting doh exist.... and i'm 100% sure of that... th block of th 4g18 is th same as th 15 and the mounts are the same... the gearboxes are a direct bolt up also... thas jes incase yuh doh like cvt... the harness may be different tho cause the 4g18 is newer and ...

nah th 2001-2004 lancers come with th 4G18... th gsr's come with th 4G93 turbo... they kinda head to find buh yuh hadda look around. they pop up all th time...

yuh cud also guestimate how old th engine is by how many timing belt stickers are on th cover... th japanese usually write the mileage it was changed at on the stickers...

boss.. been there.. done that... after i spent over 3k to try and bring th engine back i did an engine swap... i agree with mishi... the engine may never be the same again... cause after i changed th timing belt all th valves and a sh!t load of work the engine still performed like crap... i mean it ...
