Does TSTT/Digicel have any plans on implementing this in our lifetime? I know TSTT was talking about 4g but likely to be PR bullcrap. It would be nice to know which 3G technology they would model: US AT&T/T-Mobile or Europe?

Should we also classify this as corruption/misuse of public funds since it is State sanctioned as opposed to the Airport Scandal? Should we move on to 2020 'vision' and turn another blind eye? After all it is only $46 million right?
