FD1 civic auto to manual ....info needed

Been looking for a manual front cut for the past 4 months and nothing up to this date.

Any idea on what parts that might work for the conversion ...?
Pretty sure i'm not gonna be finding a manual swap anytime soon so i wanna know what substitute
parts might work ....pedal, shifter rod etc....?

This is for the r18 i suppose, that might be near to impossible.
