tuned properly a d series can handle wayyyyyyy above a 50 shot

but with no tune (which i expect u going for), a 30-50 WET would be good or a 30 dry

The NOS bottle will finish y'know.
what will you do after? Refill after refill?
NOS only good for on the track.

IMHO, start with the basics.
Intake/Headers/Exhaust.

then possibly EMS

I also should have asked if you have an auto or a manual?

If you have auto, try to source a gearbox. The auto wayyyy slower than the manual. And a d-series gearbox swap is far cheaper than a B-series.

then you can do I/H/E.

stephanweaver wrote:and u will still be slow with i/h/e

you will be even slower when the bottle is empty.

A manual d15b with i/h/e can give an auto sir a good run....

40K - i think a k-swap is in order.

a stock k20 will run circles around SR's.
yuh should have change to upgrade suspension and brakes one time.

do u want reliability?? or jus plain out to beat yuh parthner?..maybe u dont have to go boost..do a b18c swap and basic mods and see where u stand from there...the money wouldnt run away..maybe after that u can look into boosting if your not satisfied..for a person in your case going from a d15 to a b18c is totally different
