EG9 or EK4

well i still studyin options, at the moment i hav money for an EG9, but was wondering if that wud be a good decision?? or shud i jus save up and buy an EK4??

help me out please.

EG9 parts cheaper, insurance might be cheaper (3rd prty), rear seat (2x2) good excuse to keep people out of the car to keep it light, thats being biased

yea boy that back seat thing does real wuk.... u kno how much times i save myself from transporting ppl all over the place. but the ek4 does look way sweeter, thats y i sold my eg9 and bought ah ek4....

if you can find an eg9 that,s in good condition(body/interior)never been in any major accident,buy it.has a way better interior and the mechanicals are more or less the same as the ek4. power wise they can be modded the same way. also the eg and dc2 share the same body,so a b18c swap is plug n play. :lol:

eg9 better to me if u want something younger then ek4 2000 model. but it cheaper to do everything on eg9 transfer,insurance everything reasonable

yeah was thinkin about how cheaper everything wud be for real, wat would be the downsides though:

does the EG9 come equipped wit airbags?
ABS?

eg9 does look good, but not betta than an ek4. yea and eg9 does come with abs and airbags on the driver side alone i think.

phaze, EG9 doesn't come with airbags and only some of them come with ABS.

mine have no abs and no air bag, kinda sh!tty but one less thing to worry bout, d back of d EG9 does look better than the EK, but the front of the EK is better.......personal preference

Mine had airbags, ABS, Traction control...95 EG9

enigma yuh wrong, some eg9 do come with abs and SOME DO HAVE AIRBAGS homey. the eg9 is ah best car, drop nice and low with ah nice lip in de front ah lil projector headlight (looks betta than the stock) them cars does look sweet. too bad ah sell mine and buy ah ek4... but i ent vex atall man. if yuh buy ah ek4 especially with ah sunroof yuh cyah go wrong bro.

they are both great cars, its like comparing a dc2 to a dc5. they both look great, perform well but just one is newer than the other so it has the "newer car look" etc etc. i guess its what you really want.

if your budget is tight, i wouldve gone with th eg9, if you willing to wait and save more, the ek4 is a great buy.

personally i wouldve gone with the ek4

g unit u hadda consider what YOU want it for?

if u simply want a project car, buy the eg9

its cheaper, costs less to insure, and maintenance (bodywise) is cheaper

if u want daily driver/occasional racer buy the EK

its newer, more comfortable, and u can still get full comp insurance... which is a good thing... in the event of an accident u wanna be able to at least recover sum of ur money
