would bumpers from the 99 ej8 coupe fit on the 97 model? want the ones with the fogs , or would i have to get new fenders and hood

you will have to use the bumper, fenders, headlights, bonnet if you want the 99-00 front bumper design

there are factory fogs for the 97 though, you can look into that.

yo thank you so much! well guess i wont be going with the 99 facelift, but it looks sooooo good! lol. those places that make body kits for cars, think they cud fabricate a 99 looking bumper?
