Cost of a B16a Head & Block

Tuners,

just making some enquiries for a brethren who not on Tuner.

just wanna know the average cost of a B16a Head & Block. No other parts necessary.

No, I've seen complete ones here go for 2- 3K. For 5K you'd better be getting aftermarket cams springs etc.

Exaclty you've seen them go for the price.... i talking bout good ting not local used so best the man cater for that price........and how much you think for aftermarket cams and valvetrain.......

pay $2k for a b16a head and block and put out another $4k to rebuild

i really don't know
i had changed water pump timing belt.
was using an automatic ecu so it never passed 7800rmp.
engine sound.The car was never used much.

remember it took over two years putting my project together.
buying a home and finishing the project was tough.
I am happy with the progress so far.
peak tuned it 452whp no need for more.
So ah might just keep the spare engine as insurance. :D
no track to test :(
