EK3 Honda civic brakes problem NEED HELP URGENTLY

I have a 1999 model ek3 civic with serious brakes problem, i need urgent assisiatce. The problem is when driving for long distances when i mash the brakes the peddle gets soft and goes right down to the floor, when i pump on it sometimes i would get brakes but more often i would not get. When i'm driving around my block for short distances it would work ok. I had the MASTER CYLINDER changed but the problem still exist, i had the BOOSTER CHANGED but the problem still exist, bled the system as well. I have no confidence driving the car presently so any assistance or reccomendation would be appreciated. THIS IS URGENT!!!!!!!!

Did you check the flex lines?
Are you getting a good flow when you bleeding the brakes?
Are you losing any brake fluid?
It sounds like either of the two, could be the flex lines expanding or there is air in the system, or there is fluid leaking somewhere.

no air in the system, the system was bled and no air was seen. i changed the Master cylinder kit, new seals and thing but that did not solve the problem. No leaks found, fluid level remains normal. Notice that one of the rear wheel is getting hot when driving, i'm checking that today...don't know if any binding would cause the system to malfunction but keeping my fingers crossed. will post outcome.....

Think my mechanic solve the problem.....i have been driving the car for about a week and a half now without any problems.......car working sweeet......one of the rear caliper system apparently was sticking....my mechanic noticed one of them was generating more heat than the others so he scraped it down and serviced.
