what oil/body do you use on your Vtec?

jus want to get some info on the different type of motor oil's and body that could be use with Vtec engines..also the type of Vtec engine you have

Quaker State 15w40. That's what my mech Kazim puts and I real respect his choice as one of, if not, the best Honda mech in the country.

Between oil changes I usually top it up with a little bit of oil though, since the VTEC burns oil. So I usually keep a quart extra lying around.

this is the biggest battle alone with what plugs are best,filter .... etc

anything in the 10/40 range synthetic or non
if the mileage high 20/50

and No straight body OIL and no oil additive .. some make the oil thick

at present I use mobil 10/30 in a B16a
